Each LoveLetter Initial Charm is handcrafted one by one and is a little different! The Charm necklace is complemented with a shiny Swarovski Crystal Birthstone and can be combined with additional charms from the LoveLetter Charm collection. Choose from more Initials in 3 different sizes or more Birthstones. You are the designer! The charm is reversible and has a different texture on the back. As with all hand textured jewelry, prints vary slightly which makes each piece unique. Initial charm size large: approx. 16 mm. 18" sterling silver chain, 16" on request. Each piece of Amling Designs jewelry is carefully handcrafted from Precious Metal Clay (PMC), an Eco-friendly, “green” product partially made from recycled x-ray and photographic silver. PMC is a “magical” form of silver that allows the artist Claudia Amling-MacFarland to form and sculpt metal by hand. Initially soft and pliable, PMC transforms into solid Fine Silver once fired at high temperatures in a jeweler’s kiln. Unique, fun, and inspired, her pieces transform the wearer, just like magic. Handcrafted in Santa Cruz, CA.
Each piece of jewelry comes in an elegant silver jewelry box in a lovely organza gift pouch. The artist has added a beautiful small card to the jewelry box to explain the special process for working with eco-friendly PMC (fine silver clay). Should your purchase be a gift - don't fret! The item will be ready to give. If it's a gift for you, keep the box and organza bag for future use!
