This unforgettable ring features a lively 13x19mm, faceted, pear-shaped (teardrop) Created Pink Sapphire Gemstone weighing an astounding 13.75 Carats! In addition, fourteen faceted, round-cut Genuine Diamonds grace the Sterling Silver portions overlapping the Pink Sapphire as well as portions of the ring's shank. All stones are securely set into a solid, highly polished, Rhodium plated .925 Sterling Silver ring setting. Measuring 4/5" wide (around the stone and design section) by 4/5" tall, the ring ships in a ring size 7 and is easily resizable at your local jeweler.
