Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item.
It's that simple.
Easy 3-Step Return Process
Step 1. Request a Return Authorization Code
You can do this by emailing orders@rubybag.com and providing your order number, item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. You will receive a prompt reply with an RAC (Return Authorization Code) as well as with the mailing address to send the item. Please write the RAC code on the front of your package.
Here is an example of what to write on the front of your return:

Step 2. Package Your Return
Remember to include all original packaging and collateral material.
Step 3. (optional) Insure Your Return
If the product(s) you are returning is priced at over $500 on your invoice, we suggest insuring the item to ensure proper delivery.
Please remember to follow these directions exactly as stated. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing your return and your return will be mailed back to you.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchanged will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by an outside jeweler), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no return authorization code, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.
